Cancellation / Guarantee Policy

Cancellation 2 days prior to day and time of arrival will be entitled to full refund (Except, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan). Where cancellation is 5 days prior to date arrival. In the event that cancellation are made less than 2 days prior to date of arrival, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate

Incase Hotel Pals Inn is unable to accommodate you for any reason we will arrange accommodation in a similar category and hotel will provide you transportation to another hotel and transportation back to our hotel if we are able to accommodate you during the particular stay period.
